Their local government, public sector and housing team is regarded as one of the UK’s leading government teams, being ranked number one local government team in The Legal 500 2007, with team members widely regarded as market leaders in their field.

The firm are looking for a proactive lawyer to join this busy and specialist team. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of legal work.

The Successful Candidate:

You will have an excellent track record in local government work as well as experience of new forms of service delivery, commercial initiatives, housing and regeneration, social enterprise, outsourcing, public and private partnership and a wide knowledge of charity, housing and local government law. Over and above this, you will have first rate business development skills, be commercially minded and enjoy working closely with clients. You will have the ability to generate new work, meet deadlines and have exceptional analytical, presentation and problem solving skills.
