The Role:

To manage own caseload of PI files, either RTA or non-RTA, fitting into a highly motivated team.

Experience
- Litigation experience of RTA, Employer’s Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability.
- Broad legal understanding and deeper knowledge in own practice area.
- Typically has a formal qualification in-line with the Law Society or ILEX requirements e.g. LPC or ILEX level 3, but not essential.
- Ability to match and exceed client expectations, in line with the firm’s processes and legal requirements Office Technology

· Manage own caseload (approx 150 files), exercising professional judgement with regard to established case management practices and client protocols.
· Records own time and bills in order to meet agreed financial targets
