Their practice areas are Business & Finance, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and Tax & Private Capital.

The Role:

The firm recognise that competition law, particularly in the context of national and cross-border transactions in the EU, is increasingly a feature of corporate life.
The team follows EU law developments, and provides lobbying services as well as advice on implementation of new laws.

The Competition team sits within the Commerce and Technology department, and due to continued expansion, they are looking for a further new assistant.

The Successful Candidate:

Ideally they would have one year post qualified experience in competition and have had some commercial exposure. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a flexible, pro-active approach coupled with strong personal skills and an ability to work within a small but busy team.
The successful candidate must be prepared to do commercial work and commercial agreements in addition to their specialisation.
