The Role:

The firm’s Real Estate team is one of the largest in the UK with 25 partners and 33 other lawyers.
The team has all round experience advising the public sector as developers, investors or end users on a wide variety of transactions.

The Successful Candidate:

The firm have an opportunity for a 2-3 year qualified lawyer to join their Investment and Development team. The candidate will have the opportunity to get involved in very varied work, including; institutional investment work - sales purchases, leases, development work - town centre regeneration schemes, business parks etc.

You will also have excellent levels of client contact and involvement in business development.
