The Role:

The firm’s property disputes team is one of the largest in the country and they are proud to be in the top rankings of both the Legal 500 and Chambers Directories.

They act on behalf of many national residential and commercial developers, institutional and private investors, food and drink sector clients, and local authorities on urban regeneration projects.

Particular specialisms the firm have which their competitors do not include leasehold enfranchisement, disputes under the Electronic Communications Code (in relation to telecoms masts) and party wall disputes.

The Successful Candidate:

Due to continued expansion, the team are looking for an additional Property Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 yrs pqe to join the Birmingham office.

Ideally, you will currently be spending at least 50% of your time dealing with Property Litigation matters.
