The Role:

The firm’s specialist Trusts and Estates team helps their clients (who range from individuals of modest means to the extremely wealthy) manage their personal wealth.

The firm has a strong Trusts and Estates team based in the South West with experienced staff working from locations in Exeter, Tiverton and Taunton. The firm’s Plymouth and London offices also allow them to service their clients from these offices.

The Successful Candidate:

The firm are looking for an experienced solicitor to join the Trusts and Estates Department with good technical knowledge of estate planning, trusts, tax and trustee duties and obligations with ability to manage and develop their own client base whilst working alongside the partners and associates in the team.

Clients would include landed estates, farmers, charities, entrepreneurs, trustees and individuals.
Member of STEP or prepared to study.
Might suit someone looking for part time work.
