The Role:

The firm’s specialist Trusts and Estates team helps their clients (who range from individuals of modest means to the extremely wealthy) manage their personal wealth.

The firm has a strong Trusts and Estates team based in the South West with experienced staff working from locations in Exeter, Tiverton and Taunton. The firm’s Plymouth and London offices also allow them to service their clients from these offices.

The Successful Candidate:

An experienced solicitor, able to work with minimum supervision, for the firm’s Trusts and Estates department.
You will be dealing with a varied and interesting caseload including tax and estate planning, trusts and capacity issues.
STEP membership or student membership an advantage.
