Their practice areas are Business & Finance, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and Tax & Private Capital.

The Role:

The Commercial Litigation team have an imaginative approach to all types of dispute resolution. They have trained negotiators and mediators as well as extensive experience in arbitration.

Due to expansion, the firm currently have two vacancies for a 1-3 year and 3-5 year qualified lawyer within their Commercial Litigation team.
The candidates will be able to deliver innovative, effective and pragmatic dispute resolution advice, based on a detailed understanding of the firm’s client’s commercial needs and industry.

They must have experience of giving advice in a broad range of areas including commercial and contractual disputes, company and partnership issues defamation and privacy to name but a few.

The Successful Candidate:

Ideally the candidates will have experience of advising businesses operating in a variety of industry areas including hospitality & leisure, media, technology, communications, retail, banking and financial services.
The firm are looking for high flyers who are looking for a fresh challenge and an opportunity to demonstrate their strong commercial orientation.
