The Role:

The Litigation and Dispute Resolution group goes from strength to strength which is reflected in a client base of enviable quality. Teams include Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Disputes, Intellectual Property and Trade Mark Disputes, Insurance & Reinsurance, as well as Banking & Finance litigation. The Insurance & Reinsurance team in particular has received numerous accolades; the team has worked on a number of high profile cases including PricewaterhouseCoopers’ liquidation of Whitley and the liquidation of Bradstocks.

We are seeking an associate of 3+ yrs’ pqe. This is a real opportunity for an associate to make their mark and to feel part of a growing area. This role will require someone who has experience of advising banks, building societies and finance houses in all types of litigation and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in security enforcement involving complicated capital markets products, enforcement of bond structures and ISDA contracts, advising clients in relation to investigating financial irregularities and money laundering issues.
