The Role:

We are seeking an able lawyer to join this firm’s restructuring and insolvency group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and no more than four years. However, candidates will be considered with less experience if they can demonstrate good practical experience within a well - regarded insolvency team.

The requirements for this role are:

Good restructuring and insolvency training and experience from a recognised, standalone insolvency team, preferably within a Top 50-type firm; Good non-contentious insolvency/restructuring experience, to include:

. Formal insolvency appointments;
. Out of court/informal restructurings;
. Re-financings and rescues;
. Advising corporate clients on all aspects of insolvency, restructuring and directors’ duties.
. Experience of acting for both debtors and creditors.
. Confidence and a willingness and ability to get involved.
. A background of managing own files.
. Excellent client skills and experience of client contact and marketing.
