The Role:

This group offers expert advice on a full range of capital markets and structured finance transactions and derivatives. It operates as an integrated part of an international capital markets and structured finance team.

The clients that this team represents include managers, arrangers and issuers, trustees and depositaries of debt, equity, equity linked and other instruments and originators of securitised assets as well as investors in such instruments. This firm has advised clients on these products for many years, including advising on Eurobonds since that market’s inception in the 1960’s, on its first securitisation as early as 1984, and on high yield bonds when they were first introduced from the US in the early 1990’s. The team focuses on the complex “high added value” end of the capital markets. In the last few years, the team has grown enormously with steadily improving deal flow and market-leading positions in a number of areas.

We would be interested in receiving outstanding CVs of solicitors who ideally have approximately two years’ post-qualification experience or similar experience in debt or structured debt work and/or general security (including equity) experience; however we would welcome CVs from all levels.
