The Role:

The firm’s clients include banks (including clearing banks), building societies, specialist lenders, and borrowers - both corporate and individual. Increasingly they find commercial developers recommend them too.

The firm advise on all aspects of property finance transactions and issues across all areas of the real estate sector from smaller retail projects and residential development projects to leisure and sports facilities and large commercial developments.

The Successful Candidate:

The firm are looking for a solicitor with experience in Banking and Finance, who is able to work with minimum supervision in a friendly and supportive office dealing with high quality, high value non-contentious work.

A good opportunity for a solicitor with ambition and proven marketing skills.
