Their practice areas are Business & Finance, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and Tax & Private Capital.

The Role:

The firm’s Banking & Finance team undertake a broad range of banking and finance work.
They advise leading industry players, including banks, corporate finance houses, asset managers, fund administrators, insurance companies, commodity and energy traders, IFA umbrellas, financial advisers, mortgage brokers, insurance intermediaries, professional firms, retail and professional investment funds and individual directors.
The firm currently have 4 partners and 5 lawyers within their finance practice and due to continued expansion in the Banking and Finance arena, they are looking for an additional talented player.

The Successful Candidate:

The team are now looking for someone with good all round finance experience, with previous involvement in asset and acquisition finance, commercial borrowing, private equity, real estate and project finance to join them.

Ideally the candidate would be from either magic circle, silver circle or a well established mid sized City practice.
