The Role:

To complement the existing team we are looking for a UK qualified corporate tax assistant ideally with a minimum of two years experience.

The successful recruit will be able to work on a wide range of matters including M&A and often corporate transactions, real estate transactions (corporation tax, capital allowances, SDLT and VAT), banking, VAT and individual “one off” queries that arise regularly.

It would also be helpful if the successful candidate had experience in crossborder tax (e.g. double tax treaties, group structuring and location of companies within a group).
