They offer a wide range of legal advice to both companies and private individuals in the UK and overseas and have built on their historical strengths – property and media – and continue to adapt to meet the changing needs of their client base.
With plush offices in Westminster, they are conveniently located to service both West End and City clients.

The Role:

This exciting opportunity will allow the successful postholder to work directly with a variety of clients across key industry sectors, whilst gaining exposure to valuable career developing practice.

Main Responsibilities will include:
. To take responsibility for day to day matter management, including direct contact with clients and client care, attendance at meetings and managing the billing process
. To be actively involved in marketing and cross-selling the team’s and the firm’s services to new and existing clients
. To contribute and participate in departmental and firm know-how development, training and risk management
. To adopt and uphold the firm’s values and professional standards
. To contribute to managing the relationships with existing clients in accordance with our missions and vision - by creating solutions and delivering a “first choice” level of service.

The Successful Candidate:

The successful candidate will be working with other team members to provide clients with advice on general corporate and general commercial issues. You will possess high quality technical experience and be a commercially focused solicitor.
The firm are looking for someone to do a mix of Corporate and Commercial work, with a 2.1 degree and good A level grades (As and Bs).
The ideal candidate can be either London or regionally trained, providing that they have solid Corporate/Commercial experience.
Any involvement in buying and selling businesses, venture capital or AIM work is particularly useful.
