The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit a talented solicitor to join the Manchester Corporate Group, ideally from 3 years+ PQE.
We are seeking a strong corporate lawyer with experience in corporate finance, M&A, listed PLC and AIM work and corporate governance. The successful candidates will likely have a strong working knowledge of, and good experience in, the private equity market and private equity transactions.
