The Role:

Cripps Harries Hall LLP strive to provide companies with sound guidance on both day-to-day business operations and major projects, practical solutions to business problems and firm legal safeguards. The team provides expertise on the whole range of general commercial issues.
Work will predominantly be of a transactional nature but they also have a flourishing range of company commercial work and there is scope to maintain experience in both areas.

The Successful Candidate:

The firm are looking for a talented and skilful lawyer to join their corporate team. He/she is likely to have trained with or have experience of a large regional firm or a medium-sized or large London firm.

The Benefits:

Salary reviewed annually in May. There will be 25 days holiday pa. In addition, other benefits will be available after a suitable qualifying period: a contributory pension scheme, free private medical care; free permanent health insurance and free life cover.
